Warning the Muslims from ISIS

By the Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf bin Al-Eid Al-Inaabi Al-Jazaairee, may Allah preserve him.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Question:

All praise is to Allah, and may Salaat and Salaam be upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his household, and his companions, and all those that allegiance to him.

Amma Ba'd:

The question says:

What do you know regarding the group that's called "ISIS", some say that one is to be happy for them!!

And they use as a proof that the Prophet ﷺ was happy with the Romans being victorious over Persia.

What's your advise regarding this?

May Allah bless you.

The answer:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
 
 
All praise is for Allah, we praise Him, we seek His help, we ask for His forgiveness, and we seek refuge with Allah from the evils of our own souls and the wickedness of our actions, whoever Allah guides, there is none that can lead him astray, and whoever Allah allows to go astray, there is none that can lead him to the right path.
 
I testify and bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship in truth but Allah, alone, without any partners.
 
And I testify and bear witness that Muhammed is His Slave and Messenger.
 
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ حَقَّ تُقَاتِهِۦ وَلَا تَمُوتُنَّ إِلَّا وَأَنتُم مُّسْلِمُونَ
"O you who believe! Fear Allah (by doing all that He has ordered and by abstaining from all that He has forbidden) as He should be feared. [Obey Him, be thankful to Him, and remember Him always], and die not except as Muslims with complete submission to Allah."
[Aal-i-'Imraan:102]
 
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ ٱتَّقُوا۟ رَبَّكُمُ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَٰحِدَةٍ وَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنْهُمَا رِجَالًا كَثِيرًا وَنِسَآءً ۚ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ ٱلَّذِى تَسَآءَلُونَ بِهِۦ وَٱلْأَرْحَامَ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَيْكُمْ رَقِيبًا
"O mankind! Be dutiful to your Lord, Who created you from a single person (Adam), and from him (Adam) He created his wife [Hawwa (Eve)], and from them both He created many men and women and fear Allah through Whom you demand your mutual (rights), and (do not cut the relations of) the wombs (kinship). Surely, Allah is Ever an All-Watcher over you."
[An-Nisaa:1]
 
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَقُولُوا۟ قَوْلًا سَدِيدًا   يُصْلِحْ لَكُمْ أَعْمَٰلَكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ ۗ وَمَن يُطِعِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ فَقَدْ فَازَ فَوْزًا عَظِيمًا
"O you who believe! Keep your duty to Allah and fear Him, and speak (always) the truth.
He will direct you to do righteous good deeds and will forgive you your sins. And whosoever obeys Allah and His Messenger (ﷺ) he has indeed achieved a great achievement (i.e. he will be saved from the Hell-fire and made to enter Paradise)."
[Al-Ahzaab:70-71]
 
As for what's after:
 
The most truthful of speech is the book of Allah, and the best of guidance is that of Muhammad ﷺ, and the evilest of affairs are the newly introduced, everything newly introduced in the religion is an innovation, and all innovation is a misguidance, and all misguidance is in the fire.
 
There is no doubt that this group is treading upon the methodology of the extreme Khawaarij, and that all those that that take this methodology onboard will cave in and be cut off, we see those that are drowning in this detrimental path being cut off and falling down.

Confirming the statement of his statement ﷺ, in what has been reported by Muslim on the authority of Ibn Mas'uud, may Allah be pleased with him:

"Those that go extreme are ruined".

He repeated this thrice.

And this is the condition of many that have strayed aside from the straight path, the likes of this group "ISIS", and those that tread their path.

This group has attained a great share of being extreme, and great crimes against Islam and its people, Allah the mighty and majestic said in description of the believers:

أَذِلَّةٍ عَلَى ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَعِزَّةٍ عَلَى ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ
"[who are] humble toward the believers, stern against the disbelievers".
[Al-Ma'idah:54]

As for them, the statement of the Prophet ﷺ applies to them:

"They kill the people of Islam and leave the people of idol worship".

The Hadith is agreed upon, on the authority of Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri, may Allah be pleased with them.

Their innovation have taken them to the point that they make Takfeer of the Muslims, and permit their blood, and the blood of all those that don't submit to their obedience and haven't pledged allegiance to them, and they have raised the sword to the Muslims.

It has come with Ad-Daarimi, that Abu Qilabah said:

"A people haven't innovated except that they permitted the sword".

And its chain of narration is authentic.

What has also come with "Al-laalakaa'i" in what he relayed from Ibn Abu Mutee':

"Ayuub used to call all the people of desires Khawaarij, and he used to say:

"The people of desires differ in name, and agree upon the sword".".

This affair has been brought to attention by the Companions may Allah be pleased with them, from is what has been reported by Ibn Wahb from Bukayr, and Abdullah bin Al-Ashaj that he asked Naafi': "What was the position of Ibn Umar upon the "Huruuriyyah"?".

He said: "He sees them to be the most evil of creation".

And he said: "They went towards verses that were revealed on the disbelievers and applied them on the Muslims".".

Its chain of narration is authentic as mentioned by Al-Haafidh in "Al-Fath" and Al-Bukhari mentioned is as a Mu'alaq and it was mentioned with its chain of narration by At-Tabari.

▪️This group which is called ISIS, this name consists of:

I  = Islamic
S =  State
I  =  Iraq
S =  Syria

I.e: Islamic State In Iraq and Syria.

▪️Those that are following up on the condition of this group, similarly those that are following up on the schemes of the enemies, those from the Jews and the Nasaarah, and the Raafidah, and what is taking place is because of them, will be beware of these theatrics which is taking place.

All of these affairs that we hear of from them, it is nothing but a ploy that the Raafidah, Jews and the Nasaarah have come together for, because when the affair of the Raafidah and the Jews and other disbelievers of killing the Muslims became exposed, and that their killing of the Muslims became something clear in it being oppressive and transgression, and this not being in their interest, so they turned to setting up of the likes of these groups that they then through them, and using them as a veil, reach their goals.

So they set up the "Al-Qaedah" group, which had "Usamah bin Ladin" as one of its major leaders, and he used to be an agent for America as its known, until his expire date came and saw that killing him would serve their interests, and obtain through this the votes of the people and earn them honour.

Al-Qaedah is only from their works, the works of America and others, and when they want to apply pressure upon a Muslim country, they look for simpletons of that country, oblivious people, traitors and gangsters, they look for those that can be like puppets for them in reaching their goals.

So then set up a group for them, and they shout from here and there that they are "Al-Qaedah", then America applies pressure through them upon that country in the name of "You have Al-Qaedah there with you!!".

Then they say: "Either you do such-and-such or if we see you to be unable to defend yourselves then we will be forced to enter", and other than this of affairs which are known.

We used to be in Yemen and we used to hear this clearly from trustworthy brothers who used to mention that this group "Al-Qaedah" is nothing but made of gangsters and other than this.

They are brought together by whoever brought them together, then after this people become deceived by them due to decorated statements, and claims that they spread of so-and-so the American that got killed! Or a Jew!

Or others who America want to close their accounts with, then after this the Muslims become the victims from two angles:

The first angle:

Al-Qaedah causing Muslim deaths, so there will be Muslims dying, or those disbelievers will kill Muslims under the veil of "You have Al-Qaedah there with you"!

The second angle:

That these disbelievers extract the simpletons, and those that are oblivious, those who are from the people that are deceived by the slogans of this group, and thus travel and join this group, so then this group put forth these simpletons and those that are oblivious to the front lines, and when you hear of wins and fighting of the enemies, then this is by these people.

As for the owners of Al-Qaedah those that are agents to America, this is not what they are about, whoever's deceived by them and comes to them they put them forth as a sacrifice, to fight the disbelievers.

And they also kill Muslims from these two angles.

▪️And then when the affair of Al-Qaedah got exposed, it became imperative for them to come up with another new affair so that they can reach what they initially wanted, perhaps even more.

So they produced the likes of this group "ISIS".

When one looks into the affair of the ISIS group, one finds that they were set up with a perplexing speed, having might, tanks planes and other affairs, attacking and conquering places.

And with this being the case you don't see the force that they (the disbelievers) used with Saddam Hussein, where they finished him in a short period of time, as for with them (ISIS) and them spreading corruption, you don't find that assault, those rockets and that besieging that took place with Saddam.

And what also clarifies this are the following affairs:

▪️Those places that ISIS took over in Syria were the places that were in the hands of the fighters, they didn't take over the places which were in the hands of the president Bashar Al-Asad who is from the extreme Shia the Nusayriyyah Alawiyyah, for this reason you find the Safavid Iran backing him, similarly you find that filthy individual named "Nasrul-laah" and he isn't a Naasir (aider) of Allah, he merely is a aider of the Shaytaan and the party of the Shaytaan.

And you find the Shia delighted, and similarly leaving in herds and going to his aid, because they found the blood of the Muslims ready for the picking, and in this they are seeking nearness to their desires and the deity of falsehood by spilling the blood of Ahlussunnah.

And as preceded you find them taking over places which were in the hands of the fighters, and this points to that the affair is planned, and a scheme, and that they only set up the likes of this group to break those that were fighting against the Syrian regime, this is whilst overlooking the affairs relating those fighters, them being mixed and other than this.

▪️Similarly you will find that the affair is as previously stated with "Al-Qaedah", you will find that that this group has been set up in order that America can use them to strike and kill Muslims, in a indirect manner, from two different angles:

The first angle:

The fact that this group, as has been testified to by a number of brothers, from them Salafi brothers whom we know, bearing witness that they saw with their eyes what those individuals from "ISIS" are doing when the Shia regime in Iraq wants to strike an area of the Sunni areas, they draw an agreement with "ISIS", then you find them going into a Sunni village and the airplanes are above them not striking them -these are eye witness statements-.

And then when ISIS goes into this town, it assaults the houses there and then when the area has been marked, ISIS leaves those houses and then airplanes strike this village and then victims pass away, so they start using this an excuse i.e "We haven't struck you except because you have Takfeeris and terrorists in your midst", and this something witnessed by eye.

And from what those who are trustworthy have narrated is that they say (i.e ISIS): "We are commanded by our Khaleefah -and he is Al-Baghdaadi- that if we find Salafis that we are to kill them and take their wives and children as slaves".

And you find them bombing houses where there are student of knowledge, and chase away the Salafis and permit their blood.

So they are from the most severe of the extreme Takfeeris.

The second angle:

Is that they are extracting using them, those that are deceived by them from the lands of the Non-Arabs, or from the lands of the Muslims, using the slogans of these people, or by what they spread of videos, and this as preceded is from theatrics, so they extract the likes of them, and then they go and fight using them as the front lines in the name of fighting America, or fighting the Raafidah, whereby these people become victims, and the aim of this is killing the most amount of Muslims, of those that are against them.

▪️Similarly you find Abu Qataadah Al-Filistiini who has reached an extensive level in being extreme in Takfeer, he's perhaps the head of the Takfeeris in this era, until the point that he has gathered many doubts in permitting killing women and children, this is well known from his Fataawa, in the Fitnah of Algeria or elsewhere.

With this being the case you find Abu Qataada Al-Filistiini shouting and freeing himself from the "ISIS" group! And saying that they are: "They are from the extreme Takfeeris!", he sees them being more extreme than him and frees himself from them.

Similarly "Al-Qaeda", "Isis" consider them being ˹Mumayyi'˺ watered down, for this reason they split from them, and "Al-Qaeda" shout about them.

The point of reference is that they are very extreme and they are a war against the Sunnah and its people.

◾️Those that say: "They are standing up against the Raafidah, and we are happy for them, and even if they have such-and-such with them and such-and-such with them.

As long as they are in a front against the Raafidah, and fighting the Raafidah, we will supplicate to Allah to make them victorious".

This speech is erroneous.

It came about due to picturing the affair incorrectly, rather they are a war against the people of the Sunnah, and a war against the Sunnah, and the proof for this is what has preceded.

They permit the killing of Salafis and permit their wealth and their women and their children, and even if they were of a lesser evil than the Raafidah both are evil, and if they would become established the first they would kill would be Ahlussunnah, now how about they are still at the beginning now and they are killing Ahlussunnah to this extent.

▪️A man must be sharp and discerning, and not be deceived by these dazzling slogans which is being produced by these people, their affair is close to that of the Huthis, you find the Huthis shouting:

"Death to America, death to Israel, may the curse be upon the Jews, and victory to Islam!".

And they haven't killed a Jew nor a Nasraani nor a single American in Yemen.

Rather when they entered Sana'a, from the first things they did was protect the American embassy, so where is "Death to America, death to Israel"?!

Rather it's death to Muslims and honour to America and the Jews.

This is their motto in reality, and you find them Americans and others clearly stating that there isn't a differing between them and the Huthis, and they don't align them with Al-Qaedah nor label them with terrorism.

◾️So the affair has become exposed, and the affair is clear manifest that the reality is scheming against the Muslims, so it's imperative that one is sharp and discerning and warns from these groups and those that advertise for them, and to warn from the website which advocates for them or spreads things for them, because the affair is as previously mentioned, it's plotting and scheming against the Muslims.

I ask Allah to grant the Muslims insight to those people, and their plots and schemes, and them being agents, and their treachery against Islam and the Muslims.

⚠️ A question posed to Shaykh Abu Yusuf Najeeb Al-Ahmadi Ash-Shar'abi, may Allah preserve him, and forgive for him and his parents, and benefit Islam and the Muslims by way of him.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

✎Question:

Is Shaykh Yusuf Al-Inaabi Al-Jazaairee from those that are extreme, or the Takfeeris?

We have seen there is a channel entitled: "Refutations against the Al-Jarbuu'i and Al-Hazaami sect".

In it is bad speech regarding regarding Shaykh Yusuf Al-Jazaairi, and they strive therein in warning from him, and attaching accusations to him, from it is being extreme and having a connection to Takfeeri ideology!

➤Answer: ⤵️

Our brother the Shaykh, the verifier, the beneficial researcher, Abu Hatim Yusuf Al-'Inaabi Al-Jazaa'iri, we don't know except good from him, in firmness upon the Sunnah, in defending it, in proclaiming the truth, in patience upon the harms due to this, being established in knowledge.

Allah has brought about benefit through him, by way of his refutations, and his researches, and all praise is to Allah.

My likes are not asked about him, so ask his Shaykh, and our Shaykh, the flag bearer of the Salafi Da'wah in Yemen, the Allaamah Yahya bin Ali Al-Hajoori, may Allah preserve him and aid him.

▪️And then accusing Ahlussunnah of being extreme and Takfeer isn't something that's come about today, the Baatiniyyah and their offshoots, and the extreme Sufis and the Jahmis, and the Qadariyyah, and Mu'tazilah, and the Murji'ah, from a long time ago accuse Ahlussunnah of being extreme!

Similarly the Hizbis of this era from the Ikhwaanul-Muflisoon, the Sururiyoon, and the people of the charity organisation the Turaathis and others, accuse Ahlussunnah of being extreme!

Whilst Ahlussunnah are the aided group, the saved sect, and they are the most just group, and the most balanced.

Shaykh-Ul-Islaam, Ibn Taymiyyah, may Allah have mercy upon him, said in "Al-Aqeedah Al-Waasitiyyah" (p.82) regarding the fact that Ahlussunnah are in the middle between the other sects of the Ummah:

"Rather they are the in middle regarding the sects of the Ummah, the are in the middle regarding: the subject matter of the Attributes of Allah exalted is He, between the people of negation (the Jahmiyyah), and the people of likening (those that liken Allah to the creation).

And in the middle relating the Actions of Allah the most high, between (the Qadariyyah) and the (Jabariyyah).

And in the subject matter of ˹Al-Wa'eed˺ between the (Murji'ah) and the (Wa'eediyyah) from the (Qadariyyah) and others.

And in the subject matter of ˹Eemaan˺ and ˹Ad-Deen˺ between the (Huruuriyyah) and the (Mu'tazilah), and between the (Murji'ah) and the (Jahmiyyah).

And regarding the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ between the (Rawaafidh) and the (Khawarij)". End of speech.

And from the Imams the Mujadids, and the Rabaani scholars, and the callers that bring about correction, those that had their fair share of being accused of being extreme and Takfeer!

Shaykh-Ul-Islaam Muhammad bin Abdulwahaab At-Tameemi An-Najdi, may Allah have mercy upon him.

And similarly those that tread in his path, from his offspring and the people of his land, and others who establish Tawheed and refute the Mushriks, especially the grave worshippers and dismantle their doubts.

And from them also:

The Shaykh the Imam, Muqbil bin Haadi Al-Waadi'i, may Allah have mercy upon him, some of the ignorant folk and the biased ones used to describe Darul-Hadith, the one which he founded upon piety from the very first day, being:

"An incubator for Takfeeris"!

(كَبُرَتْ كَلِمَةً تَخْرُجُ مِنْ أَفْوَٰهِهِمْۚ إِن يَقُولُونَ إِلَّا كَذِبًا)
"Grave is the word that comes out of their mouths; they speak not except a lie".
[Al-Kahf:5]

How much did the enemies of Tawheed and the enemies of the Sunnah speak ill of him during his life and after his death, he has been accused of being extreme by many of his students that became Hizbis, as was done by the people of the Hikmah organisation, and the Ihsaan organisation!

Until the filth of speaking bad spread to some of those that are attributed to the Sunnah and knowledge and Da'wah!

From those whose condition then become uncovered and their crookedness became manifest after that, Wallaahul-Musta'aan!

Until it reaches the point that one of them said regarding him, insultingly:

"Righteous man, repented from the Madhab of the Khawarij two months prior to his death"!

And the bad speech regarding him, and his Da'wah, continued with force after his death in the era of his successor our Shaykh the Allaamah Yahya bin Ali Al-Hajoori, may Allah preserve him and aid him, who Allah the mighty and majestic benefited by way of him greatly.

The Da'wah expanded during his time, so the hate of the haters and the jealousy of those that are jealous brew against him.

(وَمَكَرُوا۟ وَمَكَرَ ٱللَّهُۖ وَٱللَّهُ خَيْرُ ٱلْمَٰكِرِينَ)
"And the disbelievers planned, but Allah planned. And Allah is the best of planners".
[Aal-e-Imran:54]

Ya lillaahi! how much did transgression occured against him! And how much was he lied upon! And this didn't increase him except in level and virtue, and all praise is to Allah.

And Ya lillaahi how much patience did he and his students have, until they left Darul-Hadith in Dammaj whilst being oppressed and transgressed upon, then Darul-Hadith in Amuud, how many trials took place in between this, and this didn't increase the Da'wah except in manifestation and spreading:

(وَيَأْبَى ٱللَّهُ إِلَّآ أَن يُتِمَّ نُورَهُۥ)
"but Allah refuses except to perfect His light".
[At-Taubah:32]

And all praise and virtue is to Allah.

How much did the haters and those that were being pushed by international secret services and national intel services, strive to disfigure this Da'wah, how many trials took place and whoever they were - were behind it, until the Fitnah of the Baraamikah - we don't have any doubt that secret services were behind it, Wallaahul-Musta'aan!

This is whilst this Da'wah outside is like its inside - clear, we don't call to Takfeer, nor to revolting, rather we believe that this is impermissible and we warn from it, it calls to listening and obeying those in authority in ˹Ma'ruuf˺ what isn't disobedience to Allah.

Those that are unbiased have come to testify it for the Da'wah in times of turmoil and trials, in warning from revolting against the rulers, and clarifying its agonising results.

It's a call to the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger ﷺ, in it is good for the rulers and those being ruled, for notables and the layfolk, the countries and the slaves, a call to Islam and peace, Eemaan and safety.

And from the things which Shaykh Muqbil and Shaykh Yahya his students were accused of in being extreme, is:

Hadaadiyyah!

And they haven't ceased accusing them with this modern day innovation until this very day, it's a baseless accusation, and all those that are just have come to understand this, and all praise is to Allah.

And from the strange affairs which is connected to this accusation is that some of them said - in the context of speaking ill of Darul-Hadith in Dammaj and warning from it, and during that day it was filled with Sunnah, knowledge and teaching-:

"Those that speak ill of Abu Hanifa are Hadaadis!".

And this is due to Shaykh Muqbil may Allah have mercy upon him authoring a book regarding Abu Hanifah may Allah have mercy upon him, he called it:

"Disseminating the manuscripts, on the mention of the statements of the Imams of Al-Jarh wat-Ta'deel on Abu Hanifa".

He relayed therein the speech of the Imams on Abu Hanifa, and the majority of what's in it of the speech of the Imams is from the book:

"As-Sunnah" by Abdullah bin Imam Ahmad.
"Taareekh Baghdaad" by Al-Khateeb Al-Baghdaadi.
And a chapter of "Al-Musannaf" of Ibn Abu Shaybah.

He relayed therein the speech of the Imams of the Salaf, it was even said by Ibn Addiy in "Al-Kaamil" (p.241 v.8):

"So the speaking bad on him contains a consensus of the scholars".

So will they be Hadaadis?!

This speech is of the sorts of the speech of enemies of the Salafi Da'wah, by the ignoramuses who said regarding Al-Bukhari (died 256H) Wahaabi!

And they attributed him to Imam Muhammad bin Abdulwahaab An-Najdi (died 1206H)!

May Allah have mercy upon Abu Hanifa he was from the well known scholars of Fiqh, and I didn't intend to mention him here except to clarify that those that want to stick the accusation of being extreme to the Salafi Da'wah, in Yemen especially, see him being appropriate to cling on to in their quest to do this, even if it was from the strangest of affairs, even if it was manifest in its invalidity!

As a whole what Abul-Hassan Al-Ma'ribi spoke ill of Shaykh Yahya and his students with was that they are extreme!

Then the Fitnah of Baraamikah came and then their ill speech of Shaykh Yahya and his students was more severe than those that preceded, in being extreme and also other than it!

Until Allah foiled their plots, and manifested their falsehood, and all praise is to Allah.

And from what Muhammad bin Abdulwahaab Al-Wasaabi spoke ill of Shaykh Yahya and his students with is his statement regarding them:

"Deviant sect!".

And he is the one who labelled them Hajaawirah! He will carry the sin of this and the sin of those that follow him!

And he didn't suffice with just accusing them of being extreme! Rather their being extreme was described to be:

"Unparalleled throughout times!"

And before this he used to find fault with his Shaykh Muqbil may Allah have mercy upon him! Claiming that his books - intending with this "Tahfatul-Mujeeb", and "Ijaabutus-Saa'il", and "Qam'ul-Mu'aanid", and "Al-Musaari'ah", and "Ghaaratul-Ashritah" - were books of ˹Harakiyyah˺ activism, and that it doesn't contain knowledge, and that knowledge is in the books of Ibn Baaz may Allah have mercy upon him.

And our Shaykh Yahya may Allah preserve him, and whoever Allah facilitated for from his brothers and his students from Ahlussunnah took it upon themselves, with virtue being from Allah, to refute them, and to uncover their faults, and from the most prominent of them was:

Shaykh Yusuf Al-Jazaa'iri.

And from the most prominent of what he partook in, in this subject matter:

His delightful knowledge based refutations upon the book the Khalafi "Al-Ibaanah", entitled:

"Misbaah Adh-Dhalaam".

And he was accused of being extreme because of this!

Similarly Shaykh Sa'eed bin Da'aas who wrote another book in refutation against "Al-Ibaanah", entitled:

"Tanzeeh As-Salafiyyah".

And both are printed.

Allah benefited by way of these two books with a clear manner, and it became a returning point in this subject matter for Ahlussunnah, and many from Ahlussunnah that were asking regarding the Khalafi principles inside the book "Al-Ibaanah" would direct to these two aforementioned book!

And Shaykh Sa'eed bin Da'aas, may Allah have mercy upon him, was accused with the same accusation: being severe and extreme!

When he wrote his treatise clarifying the Irjaa of Muhammad Al-Imaam.

And he was accused of Takfeer by whoever did so from the people of desires, when he authored a book in clarification of the disbelief of a group of the offshoots of the Baatiniyyah! Wallaahul-musta'aan!

The refutations and writings of Shaykh Yusuf Al-Jazaa'iree may Allah continue to grant him correction, are beneficial knowledgebased refutations, Ahlussunnah know it for this, and amongst it was his refutations on Farkous Al-Jazaa'iree, and at that time some of those who are speaking ill of him today and are accusing him of being extreme, were hostile to him at the time for it, and they spoke ill of him and accused him of being extreme!

To the extent that I heard some of them a long time ago say:

"The Algerians are severe!".

Then the Fitnah of Aadil Al-Mishwari came, and the Fitnah of Ibn Hizaam, and -in reality- it was an extention of the Fitnah of the Baraamikah, Al-Mishwari and then Ibn Hizaam after him, many a time used to clearly accuse Ahlussunnah in the Yemen - I mean Shaykh Yahya and his students - with being extreme and problem making!

As they are well known for.

To the extent that Al-Mishwari claimed that he was striving in directing extremism away from the Da'wah of Ahlussunnah, and that he wants it ˹Baaziyyah˺ i.e the Da'wah to be like that of Ibn Baaz!

I.e: going towards speaking ill of the way of Shaykh Muqbil and Shaykh Yahya!

And he used to clearly stated that the students of Shaykh Yahya are extreme, and that they go out of bounds regarding their Shaykh!

And he would clearly state that he was discontent with Shaykh Yahya, due to him allowing Shaykh Sa'eed bin Da'aas to write and refute, and this was objection due to what the efforts of Shaykh Sa'eed bin Da'aas, may Allah have mercy upon him, contained.

And similarly would Ibn Hizaam!

And to this day they - I mean Al-Mishwari and Ibn Hizaam -, and likewise those that are like them, are upon this!

By Allah some of those that are in the ranks of Ahlussunnah today, from those that persevered in the Fitnah of Ibn Hizaam and were biased to him, and spoke ill of Shaykh Sa'eed bin Da'aas may Allah have mercy upon him, still speak bad about him untill today! Wallaahul-musta'aan!

So the affair is not just about Yusuf Al-'Inaabi Al-Jazaa'iree, the affair is much bigger than this! May Allah bless you!

Allah has brought about -for the uncovering of the Fitnah of Al-Mishwari and the Fitnah of Ibn Hizaam- well equipped advisors from Ahlussunnah.

At their forefront:

The virtuous Shaykh Abu Bakar Al-Hamaadi, and his brothers and his students from Ahlussunnah in (the town in Yemen called) Al-Qaa'ida, and some virtuous individuals from Ahlussunnah from Ibb.

How much did Shaykh Abu Bakar delight, and excell and benefit in his knowledgebased refutations, from it being:

"The remedy, in those who accuse Ahlussunnah of being extreme! A custom which is known from Akhzam (proverb)".

And Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al-Jazaairi had manifest efforts and beneficial refutations and writings, and I remember when the start of his refutations appeared in the Fitnah of Ibn Hizaam, some of Ahlussunnah said: "Now the affair has become serious!".

And they spread the refutations amongst themselves, due to their trust in him, and due to what his refutations carry of weight in the midst of Ahlussunnah.

And we used to hear from some who used to be fanatic to Ibn Hizaam speak upon Shaykh Abu Bakar and Shaykh Yusuf Al-Jazaa'iree, and accuse them of being extreme and being Hadaadiyyah, and label them being fledglings of the Hadaadiyyah!

And when the Fitnah of Al-Jarbuu' and Al-Haazimi appeared recently, and claims of this has occured in the midst of the Da'wah of Ahlussunnah wal-Jamaa'ah in Yemen, either directly or indirectly, and there is no need to mention it in this place.

And the affair of these two men are too insignificant to ascribe a secret to them, and all praise is to Allah, they and those that are like them are sufficed by some strikes while one is continuing upon their path - as it's said.

And with this being the case there is no harm, by some focusing of the efforts in the refutation against these two, and those that are affected by their ideologies, from the people of exceeding the limits, and extremism, and innovation!

By those that are suitable, objective and balanced in creed and manhaj.

So that they won't be able to respond (rightfully) to affairs which exceeded the boundaries, and incorrect corrupt speech!

And Shaykh Yusuf Al-Jazaa'iree has forerunning efforts in the clarification of the conditions of these two men before many of Ahlussunnah in Yemen heard of them!

As for Al-Haazimi he warned from him eight years ago, and his warning from him has been spread in his channel in telegram, whoever wishes can refer back to it.

And similarly Al-Jarbuu', he advised him then he warned from him when he didn't accept the advice, and he spread this.

And also warned from Al-Usaymi like eight years ago, when some of those that are speaking ill of Shaykh Yusuf now were defending Al-Usaymi and defending him!

Isn't there an admonishment for some of Ahlussunnah who are speaking ill, in the Fitnah of Ibn Hizaam?!

The Prophet ﷺ said:

"A believer isn't stung by the same hole twice"

Where were these people?

Why didn't they open up channels and groups in clarification of the Tamyee' of the Al-Ibaani sect!

And the Al-Hizaami sect!

And the Al-Usaymi sect!

At a time when Al-Usaymi had a perplexing major promotion going on!

And people were defending him without evidence and any proof?!

Until the horsemen of this field embarked upon clarifying his condition, and all praise is to Allah.

Or is there something behind all of this!

أسد علي وفي الحروب نعامة --- فتخاء تهرب من صفير الصافر
هلا برزت إلى غزالة في الوغى! --- أم كان  قلبك في جناحي طائر؟!
A lion against me but an ostrich in wars --- she-camel running away from the whistling by those that whistle.

Why don't you show yourself to "Ghazaalah" on the battle field --- or is your heart inbetween the two wings of birds?!

What some of them are doing of including some of Ahlussunnah amongst those that they are calling the Al-Jarbuu'i Al-Hizaami sect, and setting up a channel branded as refuting the Al-Jarbuu'i Al-Hizaami sect, and descending writings and audios in refutation of the Al-Fadeelatush-Shaykh Yusuf Al-Jazaairi, and accusing him of great affairs, is oppression and transgression.

Likewise what this aforementioned channels contains of frail refutations, containing defamation and belittlement -which are even able to be produced by elderly ladies!- upon likes of the Miskeen Najeeb Ash-Shar'abi, who spends his time and his efforts, day and night in service of the Salafi Da'wah, defending it and calling to it, is clear oppression, and Allah has forbidden oppression upon His slaves.

And we are not pleased with this oppression, and we say: No, by Allah, with Allah is the appointed time, and His aid is sought, and He is the best of Judges.

If the intend of the owners of this channel really was to aid the truth, and the reject falsehood, then they wouldn't have turned to speaking ill of some of Ahlussunnah without due right, and they wouldn't have turned to redirecting the legislative texts, and understanding the speech of some of the people of knowledge in other than its correct understanding!

And they wouldn't have turned to lies and false speech in some of what they've mentioned!

It's imperative that the virtue of the people of virtue is acknowledged, and Allah the most high said:

(هَلْ جَزَآءُ ٱلْإِحْسَٰنِ إِلَّا ٱلْإِحْسَٰنُ)
"Is the reward for good [anything] but good?".
[Ar-Rahman:60]

And the Prophet ﷺ said:

"Those who don't thank the people don't thank Allah".

Reported by Abu Daud (no.4811), on the authority of Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, and it is in "Sahih Al-Musnad" (no.1330).

And I advise those people to stop their transgression, and to preserve the right of brotherhood, if there was any true brotherhood, and I remind them with the statement of Allah the mighty and majestic.

(يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ إِنَّمَا بَغْيُكُمْ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِكُمۖ)
"O mankind, your injustice is only against yourselves".
[Yunus:23]

And the statement of the most high:

(وَلَا يَحِيقُ ٱلْمَكْرُ ٱلسَّيِّئُ إِلَّا بِأَهْلِهِۦۚ)
"The evil plot does not encompass except its own people".
[Fatir:43]

And in the "Musnad of Ahmad" (no.20375, 20398), and in "Sunnan of Abu Daud" (no.4902), comes on the authority of Abu Bakrah may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet ﷺ said:

"There isn't a sin more deserving to receive a hasty punishment from Allah in the worldly life, alongside what's saved for them in the hereafter, than oppression and severing the ties of kinship".

And it is in "Sahih Al-Musnad" (no.1166).

And all praise is to Allah, all praise is to Allah, all praise is to Allah, the Da'wah is being preserved by the preservation of Allah, we only fear for ourselves for wanting it to be crooked, and then to have our feet slip after they were set firm.

(رَبَّنَا لَا تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا وَهَبْ لَنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةًۚ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلْوَهَّابُ)
"[Who say], "Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate after You have guided us and grant us from Yourself mercy. Indeed, You are the Bestower".
[Aal-e-Imran:8]

(رَبَّنَا ٱغْفِرْ لَنَا وَلِإِخْوَٰنِنَا ٱلَّذِينَ سَبَقُونَا بِٱلْإِيمَٰنِ وَلَا تَجْعَلْ فِى قُلُوبِنَا غِلًّا لِّلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ رَبَّنَآ إِنَّكَ رَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ)
"Our Lord, forgive us and our brothers who preceded us in faith and put not in our hearts [any] resentment toward those who have believed. Our Lord, indeed You are Kind and Merciful."

What's the ruling of women wearing gloves in the prayer?

📤Answer:

There isn't any evidences which point to preventing women wearing gloves in the prayer, evidences has only come regarding whilst in Ihraam, whilst in the Ihraam because gloves are from ˹what's sewn˺, from ˹what's sewn˺ which are prohibited upon those in Ihraam, and ˹what's sewn˺ is for someone to wear something which has sections for a body part, or upon the body, this is meaning of ˹what's sewn˺ not that which has thread, something which has thread, no.

˹What's sewn˺ is for what is made for a body part, like these gloves, or a sirwaal, or the likes of this, this is what's intended with ˹what's sewn˺.

The point of benefit is that wear gloves in the prayer by women hasn't got anything which prevents this, as far as I am aware.

333◾️The ruling of praying voluntary prayers whilst seated without any excuse◾️

Answered by Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al-'Inaabi Al-Jazaa'iree - may Allah preserve him -

📥Question:

Is it permissible to pray voluntary prayers whilst sitting and there not being any excuse for this.

📤Answer:

More than one of the people of knowledge have relayed an Consensus for the permissibility of this, and that the voluntary prayer of a person whilst seated is permissible, more than one have relayed the consensus in this, Ibn Qudaamah and others.

And from the proofs of this is what has come in Sahih Bukhari, the Hadith of Imraan bin Husayn, that he asked the Prophet ﷺ regarding the prayer of the one seated, and the context of his speech was regarding the voluntary prayer, the Prophet ﷺ clarified that the prayer of the one sitting down is half of the prayer of the one standing up, and that the prayer of the one lying down is half of the reward of the reward of the one prayer whilst seated.

From the angle of permissibility, it's permissible, but if one was able to stand up but prayed whilst sitting down, whilst this is permissible they take half of the reward which they would've got if they prayed whilst standing, but this is when being able to stand, if they weren't able to stand and prayed whilst seated then they would take the reward of the one that prays whilst standing, because they weren't prevented from standing except by something which is an excuse, so they take the reward of the standing.

📥Question:

What's the condition of Shaykh Abdulmuhsin Al-Abbaad bearing in mind he still defends Abul-Hassan Al-Ma'ribi and sees him to be Salafi?

If you say he's Salafi then why did make a difference between him and between his son, and why do you warn from this and don't warn from that one?

📤Answer:

There is a vast difference between what Abdurrazaaq is upon of perseverance in defending Ihyaa At-Turaath and the Hizbis.

And between his father Shaykh Al-Abbaad who -and this is the good thoughts of him- the fraudulence of those wrongdoers hasn't become clear to him, and he himself refutes many of their establishments, but they complain to him and claim that they repented from their misguidances, as Abul-Hassan did.
